Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Blum & Co., LLC ("we", "us") for the Sporty Sports iPhone app. By using the app, you agree to them.

The subscription

• Sporty Sports Pro costs $29.99 a year, billed once a year. Prices may differ by country and can change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep their price.
• The subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. Your Apple ID is charged $29.99 when you subscribe and again at each renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the paid period ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The free version stays free: top headlines, the headline widget and share cards.

What the app is, and is not

• Sporty Sports gives short lines about sports news to help you join a conversation. We write them from facts supplied by licensed data sources and check them before they appear. We work hard to get them right, but we cannot promise that every line is correct or current. If you spot a mistake, use "Report a mistake" in the app.
• The app is for entertainment and conversation. It is not betting, financial or any other advice, and it has no gambling content.
• Team, league and event names are used only to describe real events. Sporty Sports is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or player.

Using the app

• Use it for yourself and for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, copy or overload the app or our servers, or work around the limits on features.
• You can share the headline cards the app makes. Do not remove the Sporty Sports branding from them or present them as coming from someone else.
• The app, its design, the Laces mascot and our content belong to Blum & Co., LLC or our licensors.

Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on a line in the app, or from the app being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and the app. If we make an important change we will tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for misuse.
